An Evening with Paul Simon

While working as the Director of Development at Materials for the Arts, the organization received a generous donation of a performance from the legendary Paul Simon.
With very limited staff and only 3 months to plan and execute the event for 200 guests, I took on production of all aspects. This included event sponsorship, ticket sales, sound and lighting, food and drink, talent coordination, decor, warehouse design, communications, set up, staffing and post-event admin.
Artist and musician Skip LaPlante incorporated windchimes made from reusable materials, visible behind the the performers.
